For large volume runs and quicker turn around.Suits large volume orders of the same component where the punch or the required tools can be ordered for specific holes/cut outs.And that the job is ordered regularly.

• CNC Laser cutting
  

The Laser is very versatile so if you require an intricate component that is to complexed for the punch or the volumes don't warrant buying a tool for the punch, then the laser is ideal.

• CNC Press Brakes

Our press brakes are capable of bending some rather complex and interesting components from brackets and panels to working parts.

• CNC Guillotine  

The guillotine is ideal for cropping sheet up to a thickness of 2mm and is generally suited for large volume,  where you require a large volume of blanks to be supplied flat or be bent after the guillotine process.

• Clinch Nut Operations  

This process allows you to insert a desired size nut or stud into your component.Why not have it clinched.This is especially handy as you no longer need to weld nuts or rods to your component, which might cause it to look unsightly.

• Spot Welding

Why not have us spot weld your components together instead of spending hours welding them.This process is ideal for sheet metal components that are usually very difficult to weld.

• Clinching  

If you don't want to spot weld your component why not have it clinched.This process works a lot like spot welding except that if you put the two plates together and clinch them, a small area of material is forced though from the top plate to the bottom plate, thus binding them together.

• Rolling  

With this process we are capable of rolling out your blank into a even round diameter as per specification. This process is ideally suited to medium size components in sheet metal no thicker than 2mm.
