At Laser Punch & Bend we specialize in the manufacture of sheet metal components.

With the use of CNC Machines we are able to produce sheet metal products as per customer specifications whether it starts off as a sketch or is supplied in CAD format ready for production.

We manufacture sheet metal components from a thickness of 0.5mm to 3mm in various materials such as Mild Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminium.

Using CNC Punch & Press Brake Operations.

Thicker plate components are manufactured on our Laser cutting machine in selected metals up to 12mm thick.

On our CNC Press Brakes we are capable of bending up to 4mm x 4000mm plate and up to 8mm on smaller plates & brackets.

Further to this we have machines for spot welding, rolling and one for pressing various sizes of studs & nuts into sheet metal components.
